Record toggle: Space starts and stops recording the current loop layer.
Bank toggle: B switches between Kit and Bass banks.
Touch: Tap a pad to play it. Long-press for sustain on supported pads in a later update.

About Beat Pad
Tap eight color-coded pads to trigger percussion or bass sounds, record loops, layer up to three parts, and switch between Kit and Bass banks with adjustable tempo.
Credits
Eight CC0 percussion one-shots (kick, snare, closed hi-hat, open hi-hat, clap, rimshot, tom, cymbal) sourced from Freesound. Kick and tom re-processed to emphasise 40–200 Hz low-end presence.
Eight synthesised bass samples (sub-bass hit, bass drone, saw buzz, tonal hit, chord stab, filtered noise sweep, 808, wobble) generated via ffmpeg. Drone and saw buzz samples loop with sustained playback envelope.
UI sound effects are synthesized at runtime unless a future implementation proves external media necessary.
